Welding Technology Centers

Robotic Automation & Manual Aerospace Craftsmanship

Whether joining 35-foot defense chassis or thin-gauge titanium aerospace avionics ducts, Fabtron ensures full penetration, minimal thermal distortion, and non-destructive examination (NDE) readiness.

Robotic Cell 12' × 35'

FANUC 12' × 35' Large-Envelope Robot

Massive continuous travel track with dual-station indexing. Executes repetitive, high-integrity welds on large structural frames, generator bases, and heavy defense enclosures with sub-millimeter bead consistency.

• Multi-station continuous welding
• Controlled heat input reduces warpage
Aerospace GTAW AWS D17.1

Miller Dynasty 350 AC/DC TIG

Advanced inverter power with independent balance, frequency, and amplitude control. Enables pristine oxide removal on aerospace aluminum alloys and micro-controlled penetration on thin titanium and stainless hardware.

• Backed by Miller Aerowave AC TIG
• Certified Class A and Class B aerospace welds
Pulse GMAW SPATTER-FREE

OTC DP400 Digital Pulse MIG

High-frequency digital waveform control for aluminum and stainless steel. Delivers smooth, ripple-pattern bead appearance with near-zero weld spatter, eliminating hours of secondary grinding before powder coating.

• Supported by Miller XMT 350 & 304
• Structural D1.1 steel & D1.2 aluminum
